Anybody having missing series record flags in the EPG
At first I only noticed this on ITV HD.
Now I have it on BBC 1 HD Masterchef, BBC 2 Industry and
    Quest Chasing Classic Cars.

In Schedule/recordings all programs are shown correctly and if You drill down
on the entry it will show the icons for upcoming recordings.

But the series link flags are missing for the rest of the week. All set links have recorded.
Getting a bit OCD now, have to check schedule just to be sure!!

Version is upto date. (Device Preferences/About/system update)

    On your unit:
    Settings
    Record & Share
Scroll down to Get Registration Code and press OK
Thank you.. I'd never noticed that in the menus.
Doesn't look like can change the order of channels in the programme guide on the website, so having to scroll down for HD...

Yeah this is really annoying and a great feature of the Manhattan tr3, and the ability to remove channels is missing. I know you can favourite but better if you could get rid of sd hd channels and rubbish channels altogether which you can on tr3

What does the "edit channels" option in the menu do (pg38)?

Almost nothiing - it allows you to lock the channels and that is it. You can’t reorder, rename or delete them. Another “started but not finished feature”

    Exactly

    That's very disappointing.

I agree - there are loads of channels I would never use. As you can delete unwanted channels on the other Humax boxes, why not on the Aura I wonder ?

Might even make the box epg faster.

Technical reasons or a simple oversight ?

Well as mentioned there is an edit channels section but it currently only has the option to lock channels using the red button. Hopefully other coloured buttons will allow options with an update, delete /hide/arrange etc. Being able to replace sd1 with bbc1 should be a basic option of any freeview box.

Is there integration between the website and the device? If not use something like "TV Guide" on your phone - much more flexible.

P.S. Apologies for missing you were talking about a website in earlier posts.

Two weeks on from requesting to return my Aura back to Humax Direct and they still haven't collected it or refunded my money!

I should have bought it from Amazon. If I had waited a bit too, I would have read the awful reviews on there first and avoided like the Covid.

The product has got such great potential but why would they release it when it is clearly not ready. They have just ruined its reputation and not improved their own. Shame.

After reading all the tales of woe on here and in reviews I am glad I didn't jump in and order one on release day.

Apparently Manhattan have a big update coming near the end of the year so it will be interesting to see what that is as their machine seem to get very good reviews and they answered several of my questions and very quickly too. I know its not a third tuner as they have told me, but it will be interesting to see what it is.

My days of being loyal to Humax have gone, I thought the 4000/5000 was bad, but this seems to be more of the same but in other ways.

Hmmm, think i will hold off buying this until the problems are sorted out.
Not holding my breath though....my last Humax purchase (1800T) had an annoying fault that was never fixed.
