I’m sure that if you reported your issues to Humax uk customer services, that they could offer support and advise.
You are not the only person to experience this issue, there are a number of us.

" Needless to say I already reported the issue to them, I report every issue and encourage others to do the same as it seems to take multiple people reporting the same issue before any action is taken by Humax. This is the reply I got yesterday so I strongly suggest everyone else having this issue reports it to Humax, simply moaning about it on a forum achieves nothing..............
