Ok, well i mentioned it above i was using a HDR-1100s.
But ok...
So its a HDR-1100s
I'm connected to the internet either with the WiFi connection or LAN.I've tried both, usually just sits on the LAN.
Internets fine here, 75mbps.
Everything else i own that can get on the internet works.
I'm sounthcoast UK, in the middle.
No on demand services are working for me, just says on demand is loading.
Stopped working Sat night around 10pm.
It tells me its connected OK in the network settings.
It all looks correct. I can access a NAS drive on the network.
DNS settings are correct
That's it.

Yep its broken for me as well, I'm using a HDR-1100s.
Youtube seemed to work fine for a few days when it first came back.
Then something changed, I'm sure the UI looked a bit different.
.......................Gonzini, Did your Youtube icon ever vanish of your box, and if so, how did you restore it?
I've tried myHumax account on PC with a registered box, and can't restore the app from there either?
Cheer
BillHumax on-line chat had me do a factory re-set
I then needed to set up box as in initial install, postcode etc.
iPlayer was working before re-set and also afterwards, but Youtube icon still missing from apps.
Internet MyHumax account also re-set and reregistered box on that too, still no icon.These were the instructions I was sent;
Following these instructions will reset some system settings including your Recording Schedule (Please replace when complete to ensure you still record favourite programmes)
Any previous recorded programmes will be saved.
Press Settings or Home on your remote.
Move to Settings > System Settings and press OK.
Move to Factory Default and press OK.
Reset System will be highlighted, press OK.
It will ask you if you are sure, highlight yes and press OK.
It will then ask for your password, default is 0000
The box will then reset itself. You will then need to go through the initial setup again.[i]Bill

Re my HD 1100S
For the last two weeks all has been fine since I reset the app
Now I can load YT but like earlier other posts the back button does not work again have to exit and reload to change anything
, search does not work part or all of the keyboard disappears and to reset the app? Which I previously did through the YT I/F on Freesat I now have to reactivate YT with a code on a pc/phone which actually now makes no difference
YT works ok on all my PC and phone| Tue 17 Nov 2020 8:13:32 #225 | -
lol Well my YouTube search finally stopped working around 9pm last night on both my 5000T (ethernet) and 4000T (wireless). I've also noticed that the "channel" and "more" buttons that used to be below the line that turns red as the video plays are now above it. I assume that has also happened to others on here.

Yes Graham, that aspect is working, but what if you select the looking-glass icon and then try to enter a programme name or performer (such as Andre Rieu)?

Graham, try playing something... Does the back button work to return to the home page?
Or...
Try a search..Until 5 minutes ago YouTube was working as expected on my 4000t but now the home page loads and selection will play but the only way to stop is a full exit "X". Attempting to search and the alphabet disappears, randomly scrolling and pressing will make some or sometimes all the letters reappear but scrolling makes them disappear again.
