Just a quick note to say I did a "Check New Software" on my FVP-4000T, just in case, and as no-one has mentioned doing it in this thread, if I remember correctly.
There was none, since I'm already running the June update v1.03.52.

Does “Check New Software” still work now that OTA update delivery has been replaced by online delivery?

Interesting question. I run the check from time to time, and it spends a few minutes (presumably) looking for an OTA download with the right ‘signature, but I’ve never seen it come up with anything new. I only learned by accident that the 12th June version had been installed, while randomly exploring the menu options.

I recall that the 12 June version installed for me on doing a power off reset. Quite by chance, but there it was.

Me too.
BBC Player just hangs with a rotating circle then comes up and tells me there is a problem.
I cannot remember if I have used it since the Humax software update to get the My5 player to work.
There is a simple way to check if it is probably a Humax change or probably a BBC change causing the problem by installing the previous release of the Humax software.
If the BBC Player now works, then Humax probably caused the problem with the update.
If the BBC Player still does not work then it is highly likely the BBC made the change causing the problem because the BBC Player used to work on the previous release of Humax software.

How do you select which software version you load?
